Directions of use:
Can be applied unto wet or dry hair. If hair is wet, towel dry hair.
Apply a pump of Balmore Crystal Serum unto hair ends evenly.
Heat source can be from the hair dryer, curling tongs or hair iron. We even recomend applying a bit of this crystal serum prior to any permanent perming process as it will help reduce damage to hair maintaining elasticity.
